The rooms are spacious and bedding is lovely Location is excellent Our daughter is studying there so we will very likely be back to Crowne plaza

The car park!!! The broken lift- you really need all three running as it is so busy

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The gym and pool were amazing. The location was perfect as it was close to the ocean and all the main attractions (restaurants, mall, harbour).

The breakfast could have included a better variety of fruit and barista made coffee. The room amenities should have been restocked before our arrival.

Location and size of Premier king room bedroom

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Plymouth was disappointing in several key areas. The car park was extremely tight, making manoeuvring a sportscar stressful and inconvenient. For a Premier King room, the bathroom felt surprisingly small and didn’t match the standard we expected at this level. The Executive Lounge was the biggest let‑down. Children were allowed in, which led to a lack of seating, a noisy atmosphere, and a chaotic food setup. Drinks were self‑served, and the canapés felt like a free‑for‑all, with both children and adults handling food directly. It didn’t offer the calm, premium experience an executive lounge should provide. Breakfast service also fell short. I was pushed aside by a member of staff, which left a poor impression and certainly didn’t reflect attentive or courteous hospitality. Overall, the stay lacked the refinement and comfort we anticipated, and several aspects need significant improvement to justify the hotel’s premium positioning.
