Ian and Suzy were great hosts. Great decor, quiet room with very comfortable bed and great shower.
Great location a couple of minutes walk from Plymouth Hoe.
Hotel bar very well stocked with local beer,cider,whisky and gins….

The location is superb as it is very close to The Hoe but also not far from the Barbican, the theatre or the shops. The room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. There were fluffy white towels, quality toiletries, cotton bed linen and a comfy bed. A kettle with a selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets were in the room along with bottled water.
The couple who run the guest house are lovely and helped to make our stay even more enjoyable.
There wasn't anything we felt could be better.
