The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming, a special mention for Michaela in reception who sorted our little problem efficiently and professionally and our waiter, Razvan, who served us with a smile no matter how busy he was.
The place has an air of neglect about it. It is in need of a proper deep clean, toilet rims were dirty as were round the taps, it really wouldn't take much to make the place sparkle, cleaner windows, shiny bathrooms etc. There was never any hand soap in the public toilets

The location and views are amazing.
It’s a very dated and rundown building, and short staffed. Those staff that were there were all great - but not enough of them

Great views from the rooms and dining/ bar.
Nice lunch snacks, good full English breakfast
Limited drinks at the bar, no apple cider.
Poor coffee tea choices, very cheap Nescafé sachets.
Cheap toiletries shampoo soap etc
