The view from our room. The breakfast and dinners were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

it’s position looking out over the bay. All staff very friendly and helpful.

a good place for Adult stays as very quiet.
Outside decking was not cleaned of mildew so could be unsafe.

Being Woking up in the night, early hours, to the sound of water running, and a general noise like a bath jacuzzi. Looks like every room has one.

great view - lovely sun trap on the terrace overlooking the bay - really special.
small point but in the low season the Italian restaurant is also the Chinese - you know what you are having by the colour of the tablecloth!!
Head Waiter -“that is nothing to do with me - I will get the person running the Chinese bit!!”
have to walk to the bar to order from the terrace- why can’t someone take my drinks order and carry out?

location was good in proximity to the beach, a 5 minute walk down a pathway to Poole Harbour.
Shortage of staff in the bar and unable to change a beer barrel. Cold temperature in the restaurant and corridors. London prices not justified.

Bathroom with old fashioned jaccuzzi bath and hand held shower need updating/replacing
Bedroom furniture in poor condition chipped and scratched
Uncomfortable bed with poor quality linen and duvet
Terrible meal at Ocean Palace £306 for 4 people poor quality overpriced food and overpriced cocktails, wine and beer, also poor service will never return
