We were celebrating our 45th Sapphire Wedding Anniversary and my husband's 74th birthday.
The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
The breakfasts and the supper was very nice.
The disable carpark spaces were adequate.
Bed was comfortable.
Sheets & towels were clean.
The inside of the door to our room needed cleaning.
The wals inside the room, near the entrance door were filthy. It was if someone had peed up the wall.
There was dust and cobwebs all over the accessibility room we were given.
The whole room needed a good spring clean, particularly the bottom part of the walls.

Good location, especially good having field to walk dogs in very close.
Parts of hotel look a bit tired.

checking in and the meal that we were able to purchase from the bar.
on booking the room it was requested that a small fridge was put in the room as one traveller had insulin for diabetes that needed to be refrigiated. when the boking went through from you this had been deleted from the request. Apparently this is a normal event from yourselves.
