Simple hotel, but everything one needed was there.

Location
Difficulty to access the room with code sent, however was sorted quickly with a phone call.

good room and excellent parking
staff on hand though not needed
initially uncertain as to how checking in would work but in the event quite simple

Been here multiple times and all the rooms bar this one was great.
Room 25 TV never worked, faulty signal, shower head kept sliding down regardless if switched on or off. A lot of the paint has peeled, wood to the shower looked rotten. Mould on the ceiling and grout - quite disappointed with this stay this time round. This was the worst room I have stayed in at the Penny. As it has always been a go to whenever I venture to Berko
