Sandman Signature London Gatwick Hotel

We liked everything here. Everything was perfect from the start. The reception team was very friendly and professional. The water in the pool was warm, our 2yo daughter loved it, the steam room functional, the dressing room clean, quality towels. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, ironing board and iron in the room, microwave, fridge, kettle. The room is soundproof we didn’t hear a thing and at the first floor was a wedding. Very quiet and comfortable place. Tesco and Lidl 2 min drive. Tulleys Farm 10 min drive. We had our lunch at the hotel and the food was good and arrived very quickly. We liked everything as I said. We will definitely book again.

We liked everything!!

Room was a good size and well furnished, the bathroom was clean and well stocked and the shower was powerful. Bed was really comfy. The bar was very pleasant and the staff were good.

The receptionist seemed like she didn't really want to be there and didn't really listen to what I was saying so had to repeat myself a few times to get my parking sorted. The restaurant staff failed to do any food checks during my meal.

Easy access to Gatwick, nice atmosphere, good bar and food was ok.
