I did not realize when booking that this hotel was not convenient to Central London but the staff helped me navigate how to use transit in Gatwick to get where I needed to go.
That staff is very kind and accommodating.

Very modern fun environment. We only stayed 1 night but the hotel has a great vibe. No mini fridge or ice machines or water refill stations so that was a bummer but otherwise very nice. Close to the bus that takes you to Gatwick airport
