Good sized room. Nicely decorated. Bed was comfy. Some nice touches such as ear plugs and tea and biscuits. Good location. Was also quiet. Check in was easy.
Some issues with the shower which ran hot and cold and also stopped once during use.

Good location and good size room
The smell of sewage coming from the bathroom was very unpleasant

Really lovely, good value and great location. The bath was absolutely fabulous and there was no issue with hot water etc.
We had a slight issue with the code for the door not working but this eventually resolved itself and was probably to do with the fact that a lot of people were checking in over the weekend. Response from the hotel was prompt, polite and helpful.
