We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Spray Hotel. A really nice location next to the New Stein. Very quiet whilst only a minute’s walk to the sea front, a couple to the bars and shops of Kemptown and less than 10 minutes to Brighton town centre. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Overall an excellent hotel and very good value for money.
Nothing.

The room was very comfortable with all the services provided - we had lots of light with big windows which was great although no view. Locatio was excellent for us as we wanted to be by the sea
