Excellent customer service throughout — the team genuinely couldn’t do enough to look after us. The location was perfect, and we were upgraded to a better room simply because one was available. That level of generosity really sets an outstanding benchmark.

Great room beachfront. Close to everything. Friendly staff.

The concierge was very helpful: my wife and I arrived separately but there was only one room key so I was able to leave it with him for my wife to collect. The location is also really good. Not right in centre of town so no real noise at night, but very close to pier and right next to a bus stop to take you to the Marina. Only a short walk to the Lanes.
My wife said the bed was very uncomfortable. She also found a curly hair on the bed sheet. There was also a very long hair on the bathroom wall above the toilet around head height (nowhere near the shower, so no idea how it got up there). Also the lights over the bed provided almost no light and the light in the bathroom dims after about ten seconds of no movement and then brightens when you move, which is really odd.
