The owners moved us from the second floor to the first floor after the first night and moved our luggage for us. Both rooms were very clean and of good size. The bathroom was a good with an excellent shower. There was plenty of storage space for clothes in the wardrobe. The bed was large enough and comfortable and not too high off the floor.
No lift so you had to carry suitcases up stairs, although we did have help with this when we checked in. We knew this before we booked. There is no breakfast in hotel, but at least two cafes within easy walking distance that served breakfast, which were both good.

Very well located hotel, just a short walk from both the sea and the centre of town. The area immediately around the hotel is very quirky - lots of interesting cafes, pubs and shops, but also felt very safe. The hotel owners were friendly and helpful. The standard of cleanliness in all parts of the hotel was exceptional. Parking was fine; the hotel have parking permits for sale and you will find a space within five minutes walk.

Beautiful room, comfortable, clean and quiet. Lots of small touches that made a big difference.
