Location was good. Right near all the amenities.
Very cramped bathroom facilities.

Excellent view of the sea and pier from the bay window which had a little built in seat. Great value. Friendly staff available on the front desk to assist.
We were in room 11 and I think they need to get a plumber to have a look at the bathroom as there was a feint smell like maybe a pipe was leaking. Plus there was no extractor fan or window in the bathroom which didn't help.
The room was quite compact and there was no storage and very few surfaces to put things on, but at least we didn't forget anything in a drawer when we vacated.

Very close to the beach and pier. Easy check in and out. Brilliant location. Can't fault it. Only thing was on top floor was very warm. It did have a really good fan on the wall but under the understanding of the weather we are having it was acceptable. Can not fault the place would definitely use again.
Nothing g really I mentioned the heat in last comment but that is not in the owners hands. Maybe A/C but obviously would have to reflect in the cost. Well worth the value of money.
