Beautiful hotel, ideally located close to town and the beaches.
The only thing I would say is that we were ground floor so didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location for walking anywhere in Brighton and close to the sea. Nice and quiet area. Breakfast options were very good and the staff were lovely. The rooms have great AC. Can be lots of steps if you are on a higher level but was fine for us. Rooms were very nice but bed was very hard. Our views were over other roofs and windows to flats. Overall great value for Brighton.

Clean and welcoming but not 4 star
No lift, we were put right at the top of the building. Also very hot, I think if you’re put in one of the highest rooms you should be told about how to work the a/c. Room was also very small considering we paid close to 200 pounds a night
