Great location
Mattress was way too soft asked before I arrive if possible to have a firmer mattress but apparently they have only one type of mattress in the whole hotel

Easy and convenient to get in. Excellent instructions and communication. The room was in a excellent location, a small walk from the train station, The Lane, North Laine and the pier.
Downloading the app meant you can access the key pad. But this is an option if you don't want to have the app on your phone.

Proximity to the centre
Not a fan of all the codes - rather a reception. Car park not easy to see in the dark, and was very very tight.
