Arrived early for check-in but room was prepared and available.
Room and bathroom clean.
Good shower over the bath.
Good location for seafront and the Brighton Centre.
OK for a one night stay.
Room was compact for two people.
Not the widest choice for breakfast.
£3 supplement on some menu items. Very limited parking at hotel and, although NCP is only 5 mins walk, it's expensive at £32 for 24 hours.

Great location. The reception,bar, we're very good. Staff were very helpful, especially the lady that served us for breakfast(sorry no name). She was excellent

Seafront, good location for conference centre. Not too far from station. Nice staff. Breakfast choice is OK.
Very small room with view of a wall. But I guess there are good and bad rooms in all old buildings. Shower pressure a bit weak.

Good location
Nowhere to put clothes etc in the bathroom and lack of power points in the room. Would have liked a couple of glasses for water in the room also. Breakfast wasn’t up to last year’s standard.

Easy check in, left my bag while I went out before room ready. Very helpfull staff.

Location is ideal for the town centre and food and drink. View from room was exceptional.

No heat in room and for November was very cold!! No food available on the evening apart from Margarita Pizza form the bar. TV in room off every 30 seconds. Had to stand sideways in shower to wash. Water would not go down the sink in bathroom. Parking charge of £25 charged for non-secured parking. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Thsi was not a cheap rate but the facilities were poor!

Location was convenient, staff was amazing, breakfast was good especially our server, John. He made every morning very pleasant.
It is very old so we couldn’t open the windows. It didn’t affect our stay though.

Great location. Very comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with excellent service.
Parking is an issue but it is throughout Brighton. The main issue we found was that the rooms were very hot.one of the rooms had a fan - however this was very noisy.

De man die zaterdagavond achter de bar stond. Al het andere personeel was aardig. Alleen die man was heel onaardig

The cost was very high for the standard of the room which was very basic

A good budget hotel right on the seafront. Perfect location for a short break in Brighton.
The single rooms are clean but very small. There are only two wall lights in the bedroom so can be dim at night. The breakfast times are ridget and a lot of the times I wanted had gone. On being directed to a table there no instructions how to order and not enough staff. After waiting 20 minutes I had to call one of them when passing.

Nice staff, clean room, good location and price.
The breakfast was awful, so small, not very good choices. We got dirty glasses for juice. Staff member was playing with her hair and making a ponytail right above the drinks.

I liked the location!! breakfast was nice cooked to how you wanted
room was very ancient and run down , nice bed but didn’t match the actual room ! no fridge , no plugs beside bed , room was dark an gloomy with a view of scaffolding and a wall !

It was all pleasant enough,breakfast was good,location perfect and staff were available and on hand.

Red hot water and good shower which we hadn't had in other accommodation during the week.
Room was lovely and warm when we arrived on a cold day but radiators easily turned down when it became too hot.
Shame there was no option to eat in the hotel in the evening.
