Good location, comfy bed, all facilities included and easy check-in. Great for a short stay with easy access to the seafront and Brighton centre.

Great location and the deluxe double was very roomy

It was a perfect location for a conference at Brighton Conference Centre. As well as the seafront. The bed was super comfortable and lovely crisp white sheets. There are no frills but as a place to sleep I recommend it. The staff I met were very friendly. All good.
If anything the bathroom in my room was a bit tiny. However everything worked and it was clean, so not a real issue.

Location and views over the square
Good communication with staff
Staff took our concerns about our original room seriously and were moved to another room at a different location. Room at Innit Bliss was much better.
Problems with key box - had been given the wrong number. Took a while to speak to an actual person rather than an AI person
Property - hall, room tired, floors slopping
Room smelt stale. Bathroom smelt like someone had been smoking in it. Affected the smell of the towels
Bedside light did not work
Light over sink hanging down
Drainage issues in shower
