Needless queues on our first morning, felt understaffed. £6 extra for a speciality breakfast felt mean. Also the £10 charge to have a breakfast window seat - people have already paid enough! It did leave a sour taste in our mouths

The facilities were lovely, common areas very pretty. The room was so large!
The room decor was a little tired. The restaurant stopped serving food at 8:30 pm and no pubs nearby were serving so we had trouble finding dinner. Also, the parking fee is very high considering you can’t stay in the car park past checkout (you get much less than 24 hours), and it’s a bit of a walk from the hotel so can be difficult if you don’t unload your bags first.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant
Very much overrated and overpriced.
The breakfast was awful literally 1 of everything and lukewarm coffee was terrible and had to grab utensils from other tables.
