We liked having the apartment. As three friends we requested 3 separate beds, but got 3 separate rooms, plus a kitchen and shower room.
The lack of allergen labelling on the food at breakfast. It led to me getting a refund on the breakfast as there wasn't enough information to make eating there safe.

Convenient location to Paddington station
The fence around the parking/entry is really inconvenient for walkers. Room was tiny (but as expected for the price)

It was a short walk from Paddington station. Breakfast was nice.
We were in a room in the basement which smelt of damp and had some crumbling patches on the walls. Although it was a triple room we only had two teacups. In the bathroom there were 3 bath towels but no hand towel. With the exception of the man who checked us in, all other staff could work on their friendliness and be more welcoming.

Good location. Very clean room and the cleaner did an excellent job every day.
Staff not very helpful. Wifi not working. Very cramped small room with absolutely tiny ensuite that would pose problems for a large person. No airconditioning.
