Un quartiere adorabile dove alloggiare, sicuro e comodo, ben collegato al centro e a tutte le attrazioni tramite le numerose metro nelle vicinanze e i bus. Personale sempre sorridente e sempre disponibile! Consiglio!

Camera da due persone piccola ma basta adattarsi.

The room facility is not the same as published. Make them change to another but with less facilities.

Location wise very convenient and close to Paddington Station and Kensington & Hyde Parks (5-10 mins walk). Easy to reach to hotel by busses and undergrounds from anywhere (Including Heathrow Airport). There were plenty of places nearby to shop and eat. Staff was friendly.

Room had really bad sound insulation. You can hear every movement from upstairs and next door. The room was small for 3 person, but it was OK, if you use the room only for sleeping. There was no AC, fridge or microwave in the room. Reception asks you to leave the key in reception every time you leave the hotel, but you get used to it :) Cleaning was not good. Cleaning Lady was hoovering daily however, still you can see the dust or cookie particles (I have a small kid) on the main living area. (Do not rely on her hoovering. Try your best to keep your room tidy) Sheets and towels were comfortable. However, they are changing every 4 days. Quite worn, tight and old bathroom. But water pressure was good. No slip mat in the shower so shower was slippery. Carpets on the stairs is dated and looks dirty/stained. No lift, narrow stairs. Be careful if you have mobility issue
