The room was spacious, the friendly staff at the check in.

The room was so far from the elevators! And the signs didn’t mention our room number so it was difficult to find!

The location was superb and was the main reason we chose this hotel. and on the first day everything was fantastic. The one day we ordered room service the food was immaculate. The main areas of the hotel were incredibly clean.

Our room had 2 large yellow stains on the floor outside the bathroom. Housekeeping constantly skipped our room when it was time to clean. When we went down to complain 1st day, we were told we had to bag up and clean ourselves and they'd clean our room the next day. then gave us tiny bags you could barely fit in a 1litre bottle before it was full. Last day of the trip we go down to breakfast, come back and yet AGAIN room service skipped us + 2 more rooms in our row. Partner went down to complain and the staff rudely told him if we want our room cleaned we had to leave for a "minimum of 2 hours". When we returned the room had finally been cleaned but shouldn't take 3 days of nagging?? Anytime we tried to ask housekeeping why they skipped us "sorry no English" despite them all talking in English before we went over to them. The main 2 reasons we chose this hotel were the location, and the offer on their website *promising* room service available 24/7. So when we returned from our concert we attempted to call room service at around 10:50pm only for someone on the line to insist "kitchen closed!! No room service today" we check online, we check the physical menus, nowhere mentioned it'd be closed that day. In fact we had a menu stating they could atleast do pizzas between 11pm - 1am. We go down and ask. Instead of providing a reason as to why, an Indian member of staff kept repeating"KITCHEN IS CLOSED. OK?!" Louder and louder until he was almost screaming in our faces because I kept asking him why and kept showing him nowhere said kitchen closed. So we attempted to leave to go get food only for the staff member to claim they were not going to let us back in if we go. we asked about Uber eats and the staff member gave us a very weird answer about how we'd have to give any Uber employee a long list of instructions so the staff could retrieve the food.
