It’s setting and the view from the dining room and bar
the low water pressure in the shower but that might be to do with the water situation

The friendly helpful staff and the area the hotel was in along with the atmosphere inside
The approach and the outside of the front of the hotel look a little tired, and the sign posting was a little confusing on first time of arrival.

Breakfast is great, a lot of choice. Bedroom nice, clean and comfortable.
Shower fittings were not as good as expected, loose controls and not sure how to operate.

The hot water status is poor. I do not want to stay at a venue where you have to run the bath tap for ten minutes to get hot water, and even then, no hot shower water. In addition, this is not evironmentally good, as that is a vast waste of water, which is a scarcity nowadays.
Room whilst tired was ckran and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was nice.
