Scrambled eggs were nice. Choice of cereals
Most of cooked items were cold.

Staff very nice and welcoming, good location and the sports facilities a plus
I know this is a charitable hotel but for the money the room was much more basic than I expected, tired, and shabby, The lighting was all over the place, we couldn't isolate the bedside lights, and one bulb wasn't working, The bathroom lights had a mind of their own, we had to bath in the dark,

The location is great, it has parking and is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and they are helpful.
Not much to dislike

Location was good - gym and swimming pool was good - breakfast was good
The car park charge was on top of the accommodation costs which wasn’t stated on the booking - the room felt a little dated - the shower and bath wasn’t the cleanest
