Nice property easy business stay.
My room key was faulty, no lighting either. This was fixed by the team but still quite a large inconvenience. Breakfast available but no evening dinners.
For a large hotel, I would expect a little better to be fair.

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the bathroom is very functional, although room was a little dated , Bed was very comfy and we both slept very well. Location was great .. only a 10 min walk from the town center and the picturesque canal & river basin. Breakfast was really good with buffet English cooked breakfast and continental food & cereals .. tea / coffee / Juices etc.
Would really recommend staying here. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
Onsite car parking is advertised on the webpage (which is great) but what is not advertised is that it is a extra payment on top of the booking price and your car details have to be entered at the reception desk. (payment of £12 for 24 hours parking, August 2026)
We had no problem paying the parking cost, just wish we had known at the time of booking to plan our check in / check out time better.

This hotel is in a good location with parking. Short walk to the RSC
The receptionist was lovely
The hotel room was shabby, holes in curtain, handles falling of drawers and the shower over bath was horrendous. There are no bedside lamps and just one flat pillow offered.
The stairs and corridor to room are dirty and unappealing.
The breakfast is quite unpleasant, it is a buffet style but everything left undera heat lamp for too long, and eggs turned suspicious and beans turned to stodge.
You're better off walking a short distance into town.
