The location and the price. A good welcome at reception.
The light in the bedroom didn't work. The TV screen provided enough light to see what I was doing. There were sachets of coffee and milk, but no tea bags. There was no one on reception when I checked out so I couldn't tell them about the light.

Location and staff were very nice and polite
Window was broken in the room, meaning had to stay open and could hear all road noise throughout the night making it hard to sleep
