Perfect location. We had a concert in Wembley and was only 2 tube stops from Wembley park. Also stay on tube to get into Central London.
Beds were comfortable and a fan was put in room with the hot weather.
Good communication to let you know how to access keys and general information.
Was added bonus to be able to park on the drive too. Space for 3 cars.
Unfortunately there was no rooms with ensuite so had to share bathroom. Which was okay.
In back bedroom you could hear the trains as it backs on to the track. We kept windows closed so was slightly better.

Comfortable beds, clean and tidy, only a short walk from metro station to get to Wembley and a quick change over back to kings cross station.
A lovely lady (assuming house keeper) helped us with directions after we checked out. Tea and coffee was a nice touch although we didnt use 😊

Prima slaapkamer, goede bedden, ruime kast, tv, waterkoker en een ventilator. Dat laatste vonden wij heel prettig.

Extremely comfortable stay, the beds/duvet + curtains were actually my favourite parts because we slept so well! The owners were really nice too, we felt quite tired after our concert so they let us stay on just past 10 until we were all packed up and ready to leave.
