The receptionist was excellent with our booking in and advice on the local area. The room (when we finally got in to the room permanently) was large with a great view. Comfortable bed. The spa is excellent- very clean and modern. The general ambience is very nice in the hotel. The hotel is in a great location.
Our room had a faulty balcony door (it couldn't be closed) and we were moved to a much more inferior room (cracked tiles/mould) for one night until the door was fixed - it still wasn't great - we were told the door was on a list to be replaced. The TV in the room is obviously old and the brightness faded after a minute - still watchable but not great. Breakfast was very good but on 2 occasions the ordered breakfast did not turn up - I ended up collecting a buffet breakfast myself. There was also a delay when we ordered a dessert in the evening. End of season?

The food was exceptionally good , the room was clean and tidy , the location was superb right on the beach .
The lack of a ramp from the hotel to the promenade path .

Breakfast incredible. The location is fantastic. We loved the Nespresso machine and fresh milk in the fridge. All the staff were fantastic.
The junior suite that we had was very tired. We had a suite and the lounge area was too small to function as a siting area. Externally the protective mesh on the balconies were rusty so it really let down the exterior of the hotel.
