Everything EXCEPT finding the location
The only postcode given caused the Satnav to go into a loop, and it took us in circles, having come up the M4 travelling West, it took us off at the correct junction and then took us back down the M4 East.. wasting an extra 15 minutes and about 10 miles, very stressful, especial having already driven some hours and bursting for the loo. We eventually found the hotel by driving around using dead reckoning, having spotted it in the distance fron the M4 onrampp as we drove off in the wrong direction.

The location was really nice and easy to get to
The shower was so bad and the shower head was broken plus the coffee machine down stairs was broken after I had a coffee and went back for another one

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious.
Mattress and pillow uncomfortable leading to a poor night's sleep.
Breakfast wasn't great. Staff were slow to respond in terms of clearing tables and restocking items and plates and cutlery. Food was ok but not great quality. Was a bit disappointed.
