Location was convenient
Specifically booked this hotel on our holiday to allow my daughter to have a swim but what it didn’t make clear was that access to swimming was limited and on Saturday morning it was only adults before 9am and between 9-12 was swimming lessons.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.
The pool was closed for 6 days of the stay, this was not okay as I would have booked elsewhere. I was charged extra on arrival for the dog, which I assumed was a part of the booking.

Greeting at reception was good and the room was clean and decent enough.
I booked the room as it was advertised with air conditioning but on one of the hottest days of the year, it wasn't working! I arrived fair late in the evening to a stifling uncomfortable room with a desk fan already on, just circulating hot air. Windows only open a couple of inches so it was a poor night's sleep on a fairly comfortable bed. Oh and the batteries in the TV remote were exhausted.. like me.
Breakfast was fine but not worth the £14 paid
