Room was very clean and incredibly well equipped. Had bath robes, drinks, snacks! I was so impressed as we don’t get that in London! Well done Swindon, fantastic hospitality.

There was no staff at reception on arrival. We had to wait for someone to come. There should be someone at reception at all times.

Breakfast good. Tear in curtain in bedroom and no shower cap. Pillows lovely.

Absolutely nothing

Dirty, rude staff, food was undercooked so I ended up with food poisoning, bed was stained with wee, shower screen glass was insecure (DANGEROUS)! Arrived to find I have two single beds and no bath even though I had booked a double bed room and the description stayed the room was a double and had a bath tub in the bathroom. Mentioned it to the manager and was told that if I didn’t like what I had been given then I should stay elsewhere!! So rude!! I asked for a refund due to the incorrect room being given and state of it. I was told that if I wanted a refund I needed to take it up with ‘someone who cared’ I am absolutely disgusted by the way they handled everything and I am horrified by the whole situation with my booking not being correct.

Staff very welcoming. Offered cold water due to heat when leaving for family funeral and again when signing out for long journey home

The bathroom was a little small and water pressure was a little poor too

Pool was a great facility. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent good choice at breakfast. Free parking for guests excellent addition. Great value for money.

No one on bar as both staff doing room service so a long wait . Maid knocking on the door at 10am and 10.30am even though we had room until 12. Mixed messages being told to take towels from room to pool and then being offered one at pool.

Very clean, large room and staff were very friendly

Breakfast was really good and so was the dinner. There are many choices for kids and adults. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness

Having booked this hotel as a family of 5 we ended up with 2 rooms instead of one which would have been good if the rooms had been next to each other but they were 26 rooms apart. Meaning we had to split up. This ended in us all sleeping in one room.

Good staff, clean and smart hotel, good menu in the evening and good breakfast selection.

We had initially booked another IHG hotel in Swindon but we’re relocated on arrival as no room’s available.on arrival Charmaine at reception was very helpful quickly checking is in and sorting out a taxi for us.

None it was pleasant friendly place

Exceptional value and fabulous breakfast at such a great price

The room was okay if a bit limited on power sockets near the bed. Breakfast was as one would expect from a servery supplied food. Dinner was okay.

Did not appreciate being charged an extra 10% when ordering drinks unless you said to the staff not to add it on. This should be discretionary as I normally leave a consolidated tip for all the staff on departure but this time I didn't.

Breakfast was good ,but very short staffed. Small room, clean but tiered.

The hotel is very tiered and in need of some TLC, especially outside, no very inviting and my husband saw a rat at the front entrance .

Nothing guy on front was very rude

Extremely rude I've paid online and on arrival told there's no booking for me even though I had paid in full and he wouldn't look or listening to a word I said so ended paying for another hotel and another taxi
