very nice room, a bit dated
staff at the bar, a little rude, as I was ignored by a female bar staff, to serve a man who was after me

Really friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room and food was excellent.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Handy for Old Town
Nespresso coffee machine not puncturing capsules properly - hence took 5 runs to get cup of coffee
Curtain rings reluctant to slide on pole making opening and closing curtains difficult ( needs a spray of polish)
Unable to open Window
Sink: hot tap not working, cold very low pressure as not opening properly. Plug chain broken
No bathmat so had to use a hand towel

Staff extremely friendly. Location was good 2 min walk to bars and restaurants in old town.
A few grumbles sorry to say.
Room 12 ceiling on the shower was damaged and falling in. The room was damp. No heating so very cold. Also would be very concerned if there was a fire. Lack of easy access to get out. Breakfast. Neec to put more cutlery, bowls and spoons out please. Breakfast hit and miss. First day terrible. Second day much better
