Adam was at the property when we arrived, he was very pleasant, showed us around and was enthusiastic about the property. We were only staying for one night, pub across the road in walking distance did some decent food, Adam’s full English the following morning was perfect.

A mirror either on or above the small table in the room would have been useful for the wife, the plug for the hair drier is one side of the room and the only mirror is fixed to the wall on the other side of the room, not perfect for the wife and makeup etc.

Very good value, great breakfast, good size room & nice shower. Adam was friendly & helpful

Sorry but the mattress was awful, neither of us slept that well, could feel every spring! Though there was tea & coffee in the room, no other choice, decaf coffee (or tea) or hot chocolate would've been nice. Cobwebs on window handles & mould round bottom of the shower.
