Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar und hat alles Was das Herz begehrt.Das Personal bringt auch auf Wunsch alles an den Tisch, so dass ein Gang zum Buffet nicht immer nötig ist. Man sitzt drinnen oder draußen. Poolgröße liegt bei 50 Meter und ist sensationell. Sehr schönes Spa. Mitarbeiter kennen nach einem Tag die Namen des Gastes. Hervorragender Service.

Alles war perfekt. Nur ein Tipp an die, die ein Zimmer Landmark ohne Poolblick buchen. Diese Zimmer sind auf der Eingangsseite. Dort ist die sehr laute Kreuzung und ab 6 Uhr morgens beginnt jeden Morgen im angrenzenden Park mit lauter Musik ein öffentliches Fitnesstraining .

The pool was great, the location very good. Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent.

Very little draw space in the room. Air con very noisy. The restaurant is not good value for money compared to the many excellent restaurants in the town that offer equally good food for a fraction of the price

The cleanliness and the decoration

Staff is complacent. When we checked into our room I looked outside onto the main road. I told the butler that we booked a garden view room. He tried to convince me that the one tree between our room and the Main Street was a Garden. I then went for a walk on the compound and saw there was a beautiful garden and pool area. I then went to reception and showed them my booking ( reserved on booking.com!) which clearly stated “garden or pool “ view. The receptionist said it must be a mistake by booking. Com. After I insisted, he said he would check what he could do. 20 minutes later he sent the butler to my room who said that they only had a garden view room with twin beds, ( I booked king size bed). I did not take it as I wanted king size bed. There was no apology from anyone, not a single word except that they said I should complain to Booking. Com . Absolutely terrible service. No effort at all was made to make us feel at home. I would not recommend this hotel, certainly not at such inflated prices .

Excellent facilities in the hotel, welcome drink and round the clock concierge service. They will help plan for any requirements. Beautiful swimming pool and spa.

The western commode does not have a bidet.

For the high price we paid for each night, breafast should be included.

The hidden added costs of the nightly rate: room service charge, plus accommodatin tax, plus Room VAT. That rose the total per night a lot. Beware.

Lovely staff. Treats in room.

Overpriced breakfast. Very average for nearly $40. each. Hordes of package tours. Limited eating places. Dinner in the same restaurant as breakfast was underwhelming. Shrewd to give you $100 in vouchers to spend as keeps you in the hotel. If you are expecting an iconic Raffles hotel I would think twice.

perfect no complaints

Grand Hotel D’Angkor/ Raffles is like stepping back in time. The property and the rooms are beautifully maintained. The staff are all so helpful and go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Ray the room manager welcomed us on arrival and sorted out a small room problem quickly and with a smile. He checked in with us regularly to ask if our stay was going well. The restaurant staff could not have been kinder, making sure that everything was as you wanted. After the first lunch they knew your name and by breakfast on day two they knew your beverage preferences. Breakfast is a very elegant and extensive buffet with indoor and outdoor seating. The pool is really beautiful and after a day out visiting temples a great place to relax. The bar in the evening is a perfect place to start you evening before heading out to dinner.
