Location and facilities were great

Beautiful sea front. Lovely staff. Our room was very comfortable, good space, great view from the balcony. Really enjoyed our stay.

The private beach is actually access to the sea without sand. We were lucky to get seats in the shade but there are no umbrellas and so have to rely on trees that are there. Shower lost heat a few times when trying to shower early evening. It is about a 20/25 minute walk into Hvar town, most is a lovely walk along the promenade but at one point there is lots of steps (about 4/5 flights worth).

We booked in the back garden area as they call it, and when we checked in they immediately upgraded us to a front room view!!! So Nice!!! If anyone watched White Lotus on HBO/Netflix and remember the Hotel feel and vib in the show, well this Hotel reminded my wife and I of this setting. Very well laid out. They folks could not have been more accommodating. We even rented a boat for the day and they picked us up right at the dock.

it took a bit to figure out and and down the stairs. Leaving the hotel was on the 3rd floor, Nothing major, just had to think a bit LOL

The reception area and outdoor area were beautiful. Common areas were clean and pretty. Great breakfast for the price and lovely view while eating breakfast. Pool was small, but beautiful and we were in the Sea anyways. It WAS walking distance to the main nightlife, but about 25 minutes.

The bathroom was so so small. We played Tetris brushing our teeth. And just....old. There were no lights in the room, super dark. For the price, the bedroom/bathroom were not up to my expectation and for that reason I would not go back to this hotel. Because the rooms were small, the 6 of us (2 per room) were chatting in the main lobby o their chairs and we were yelled at at 11pm by the man receptionist. Told us it was 11pm and we had to go to bed. We are 40 years old.
