Eric in the restaurant was wonderful.
Language issue with the front desk. One of our rooms did not have a shower and the tub was located under a slanted ceiling. The guest was over six feet tall so this presented a problem.

We had an amazing stay, the rooms were fab, the food at the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. We were hoping to watch a World Cup match and they found a projector and screen and set it up in a small room for us to connect to and watch - checked in with us throughout and couldn’t have made sure we had a better stay. Would absolutely stay here again and think the star rating of the hotel is far lower than the reality!

Staff were really nice and friendly. Attentive but nit overbearing. Food was gorgeous, expensive but worth it. Nice room, comfy beds.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay and to get close to nature. Hotel Lamm was an excellent wood us. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was exceptional. It was so good that we went there two days in a row. The hotel facility was of course not state of the art, but it is super cozy and has a nice warm atmosphere. We will definitely choose to stay there again!
