The room was very nice, clean and comfortable however, AC didn't work well and we had to open windows. We could not contact anyone in hotel to attend to this. I called down next morning since we didn't sleep well because we were too warm. The lady attending apologized and offered to give us breakfast which was a nice gesture. The hotel is very nice, but it is located in a business park area. It was a weekend, so we were able to park in street and not have to pay for the hotel parking. There is a small town nearby which we drove to for dinner. Great local restaurant and nice area to walk. Overall, it was a nice stay, we were passing through but glad we stayed.

AC not functioning properly.

The check in time was longer than I would have liked, and the key didn't work when I tried to open the door so I had to return to reception. As did another guest, so I assume there was an issue with this on the day. The room was bright, very well decorated and had everything that we might have needed including tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was also large and bright. The car park and accessibility from the motorway were excellent. We had a drink in the bar and I have to say that the barman made our stay, his name was Memduh and he deserves a pat on the back and I suspect a pay rise, he was full of good cheer, happiness and a great example of a professional in hospitality.

As mentioned the check in took longer than needed, there was an issue with the room key and the reception team weren't the friendliest. The greatest disappoint was the restaurant food. It was a buffet style, which I wouldn't expect in a Radisson Blu, and it was lukewarm warm, poor quality for both dinner and breakfast. Dishes weren't refilled for dinner and others had been there so long they looked awful. I can understand this is easier if the hotel isn't busy for dinner, but having some items you could order perhaps in the bar would have been nice, in particular as paying for a three course meal when you only want something small. I would also ask that rather than just beer and soft drinks as a drink option, could a small glass of wine also be included.
