L'hotel Leonardo si caratterizza per la buona posizione e per l'interessante rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nonostante un ingresso trascurato, internamente l'hotel è stato ristrutturato e gli spazi in camera sono vivibili. C'è la possibilità di rimanere costantemente in contatto con lo staff via Whatsapp e la pulizia della camera, se necessaria, va espressamente richiesta: stessa cosa per il cambio degli asciugamani. La pulizia iniziale è molto buona, le dotazioni complete, il materasso di ottima qualità, il WiFi di tipo premium e non manca una bottiglia di acqua naturale offerta gratuitamente. Bella anche la possibilità di poter aprire completamente una finestra, anche se ci si trova ad un piano alto.

Tutto bene, unica raccomandazione: portate un prodotto anti zanzare perché nelle notti d'estate questo può rappresentare un piccolo problema, anche ai piani alti.

The bar and restaurant was closed for evening meal.

The beds were good, and the breakfast was good, despite being on the simple side for a 4* hotel.

As we had to abort our holiday, we booked the quadruple suite, such that our son would also have a regular bed instead of a sofa bed. When we checked in, we got downgraded to the triple suite, without any mention of it by the staff. Only when we arrived in the room we found out we were downgraded. Even worse: The room was only prepared for 2 persons, while we booked for 3 and besides that we had to explicitly ask for a refund of the difference between the quadruple and triple room. When you are overbooked and downgrade a room, make sure to inform the customer pro-actively, make sure the room is setup for the correct amount of people, and refund the price difference directly instead of a customer having to ask for it. The way this was handled negatively impacted the experience we had in the hotel.
