The bedroom size was very good. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows too. The man on the reception was very friendly at check in and the breakfast was good. Location was good for an overnight stop
The room was very hot we couldn’t open a window as they were locked. When we asked for a key we were told they couldn’t be opened despite the fact we had seen several other rooms with windows wide open and we couldn’t get the air con to work

- Next to shampoo, there is a small bottel of conditioner.
- Minibar (not a fridge).
- Through booking.com I got free upgrade to a comfort double room, but its space is rather limited.
Before check-in I requested the receptionist to change my reservation to a family room, but it was not possible! the receptionist simply told me that the reservation is via booking.com, therefore he was unable to modify it.
- Location is a dull industry area.
- Bed is too soft.
