We loved absolutely everything. To the location, to the apparentment, and to the magnificent view.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful! We really appreciated the extra efforts they went to (especially to try and help resolve an issue with our shower). They could not have been nicer. The location is excellent - so close to the bars and restaurants but not noisy. Breakfast was served on our balcony each morning which had an amazing view. We appreciated the complimentary water.

The shower in our room didn’t work. The shower head was broken by the previous guest which meant you could only use the hand held shower wand. This made having a decent shower difficult (couldn’t wash hair etc). We asked to move rooms but unfortunately this was not possible as the accommodation was fully booked. Overall this impacted the stay - it is disappointing to be paying a premium price in peak season for luxury accommodation when it isn’t as described / comfortable. In terms of value for money, while the location and view are excellent, the apartment didn’t feel overly luxurious eg the fittings could be updated and more attention paid to the toiletries.

The view of the caldera and the sunset each night weee incredibly, but the warmth and kindness of the staff cannot be topped!
