Clean

Impeccable service, staff were fantastic, went above and beyond! Brilliant location in the centre of Fira over Caldera. Exceptionally clean and wonderful breakfast!

Beautiful property, luxurious rooms, clean facilities, great cafe / bar and the staff. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Staff are so attentive and special shoutout to Jimmy to who carried our bags up and down the stairs.

I really wish I could give this hotel a rating higher than 5 stars! Staying here was the highlight of my trip. They organised an amazing transfer service, had a porter meet us to carry our bags up hill and down steps (which was appreciated!), within the day the reception and restaurant team knew who we were and always greeted us with a smile and a chat. We were served delicious breakfast from an extensive choice every morning on the deck of our room and every day our room was left squeaky clean by the amazing housekeeping staff. The bed was like sleeping in luxury and the pillows were a dream. I honestly can’t understand how anyone could complain about this place! The vibe, the music, the views/sunsets from the room, the food, the people, the accomodation everything was perfect. I’d stay again in a heartbeat!
