Central location clean rooms friendly helpful staff great pool and situated right on beach

Tables and chairs around pool had minimum spend to be able to use which was excessive

Even though ArkBar is party-central, the entire property was clean and well-maintained, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful and the location is literally in the middle of all the energy on Chaweng Beach.

I didn't like the big physical key, but understand that is probably required with the sliding glass doors, and being able to leave it at the front desk was better than carrying it around all day.

Location was good. In the middle of Chaweng, everything is nearby but it's such a tourist location and very loud - partying every day and night with djs and drunk people around. The beds were quite comfy and the room nice and tidy.

The staff didn't care at all about questions we had or any request we asked. They obviously didn't care to accommodate us and the only thing they care is about money. The first day we had a whole new situation because I asked for a 3rd bathroom towel and they even sent someone to investigate our room and they even got in the bathroom which was unacceptable. The security at the entrance was very rude started yelling at me and insulting me in their native language. In general there wasn't the nice, friendly hospitality I received in other islands.
