We were able to book the only carpark on site which was a bonus. I believe the street parking can be a challenge.
The location was good for us as we were meeting with family. Public transport options are nearby, and St Kilda beachfront and restaurants were in walking distance.
Bed needs a topper to increase comfort level
Outdoor verandah could do with a clean
Provision of more tea and coffee options/milk for the length of stay

Great location, room was very clean and they were able to communicate the self check in process with me as I arrived late at night. Property felt very safe as well.
The heater didn’t work properly . There was a remote to the air conditioning unit, but even though I turned it on and set it at 24, then 25 to warm up the room, there was no difference. I gave up after an hour of trying. It was 11 degrees that night so it was a very uncomfortable night, i couldn’t sleep at well as i was freezing.
