Spacious and quiet and close to St Kilda beach
A bit far from the city if you are too spend most time there.

The apartment was a very good size. Plenty of room to not feel on top of everyone.
Grateful it had a washer and dryer.
Plenty of storage space.
Lazaro was fantastic and very helpful.
The apartment is pretty run down. Peeling kitchen cupboard doors, water damage to bathroom entrance, parts of carpet ripped in spots. Although unappealing, it didn’t ruin our stay.
We fixed a few things on the first night (bathroom lock, wardrobe sliding doors) and purchased some cleaning products as the shower had quite abit of mould in it. The stovetop should probably be replaced. Lazaro came and showed us how to use it without it tripping the power.
