The manager was extremely helpful and nice. On any query, he answered promptly and in the most helpful way. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was amazing as a bus stop is right in front of the hotel. We traveled for a concert at OVO, and this hotel was very convenient as it was just a 15 minute walk from the venue.
The only thing was that the flushing makes a lot of noises, which can be slightly annoying, especially if you are traveling with other people. However, this will not hold me back from going there again.

Lovely staff, incredibly friendly and welcoming, Comfortable beds and room was reasonably sized with good storage in a beautiful location,
The biggest reason for the bad review was the noise of the water pump in our bathroom but also all the others! It was impossible to use the sink or toilet in the night without waking up the other person in the room. I was even woken up by other room’s water pumps. I was in a basement room and the noise of the wind travelling in the underground was incredibly loud.

"Personale molto simpatico, gentile, professionale e disponibile. Camera pulita anche se non molto spaziosa. Ottima la posizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo."
