Perfect location for us and all the staff were lovely. Breakfast was very good and common areas of the hotel were nice. Our room was good though let down by a fairly dated en suite with a very noisy toilet.
Only an improved en suite facility

Location
Top floor, many stairs & no elevator, understandable for old building- but not mentioned ….,

We were able to have our room early, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, especially the pillows!
The enormous bathtub was luxurious! The location was excellent- just off Byres Rd, but not in the middle of all the people. I will stay here again when we return to Glasgow.
The windows did not dampen the emergency vehicle sirens that do, unfortunately, use Great Western all night long.

Breakfast was much appreciated and enjoyable, with very accommodating servers. Good location, nice residential area, walkable to popular attractions.
Old in need of significant updates. In 2026 you should have smart tv and cable channels available. Barely had reception to limited channels. Very interesting plumbing.
