Lovely staff. Clean and comfortable. Remarkably quiet. I haven't visited the Lounge Bar but there is a selection of cold soft drinks and also beers and wine available in reception. Pot noodles are available along with crisps and snacks. Complimentary tea and coffee too. A bamboo toothbrush and toothpaste was only £1.50.
One light didn't work in my accessible room which made it too dark for me. He did put it on the maintenance list however.

Easy access off the A1. Next to a 24 hour services so convenient to get food and drink. Very quiet even though it’s at the services as it is tucked away in a corner. Very clean and comfortable. .

Good location some friendly staff
Rooms could do with a bit of decorating, cracks on the wall bed base wasn't the best and the window seemed broken
