Very near the park and ride for Cambridge
Car parking was an additional nightly charge if booked with booking.com

Food was very good. Staff were very helpful.
1) Phone not working in the room with no immediate explanation. Reception then told me it had been out of order for some time as the system was being replaced. Why then no info in the room? Or info given to me at check-in? Because of the lack of phone I had to go to Reception 3 separate times to ask: a) where the bathroom towel heater switch was; b) why my desk lamp didn’t work and why my bed had not been made up on 2/10 by housekeeping; c) request for more milk.
2) Bed not made by housekeeping on Friday 2/10.
3) Noise from A14 very obtrusive.
4) Grounds near the little stream are very unkempt and unpleasant.
