Novotel Cambridge North

Modern, efficient and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. SPA area is well kept, clean and modern, Gym is small but with new equipment and clean. Large restaurant and room both very comfortable.

nothing really

We had a warm welcome and all the staff at reception and the bar/breakfast were really friendly. Mani at the bar was super helpful. Great location and facilities for us as a family. Easily reached by train, also central Cambridge is really accessible by bus/train and also via a lovely traffic-free walk along the river. Highly recommend! The hotel is modern, clean and well designed (we loved the dual purpose ensuite door!). Warm lighting in the bedrooms and good blackouts so we all slept well. Good choice of food options for light meals. Lovely pool and gym.

No complaints at all, we had a great stay and found it really refreshing. Views of the train tracks might not be everyone's cup of tea but it didn't bother us. It's a new site with not much else around it but it felt well connected due to good transport links.

Great location and good hotel with plenty of food places close by and right by train station

Lovely spacious rooms, decor, pool, train super easy to get to central Cambridge

Dirty toilet, toiletries (soap /conditioner) were not filled up so couldn’t condition hair
