Great location, perfect for attending events at p&j. Always smells lovely & clean. Beds very comfortable & staff are brilliant.
The only minor issue was being woken up early hours of the morning due to a couple arguing in the hallway a few doors down but that’s not any fault of the hotel it was just a slight inconvenience

Right by the train station. Great location
Room was cold. Fan kept blowing no matter how much I tried to stop it and raise the temperature. Too tired and too late to contact front desk. Bathtub is too high. At my age the getting in and out of a bathtub to have a shower was not easy. Walk in showers needed but I realise that is a major renovation project but hotel needs to know that bathtub showers are out of date and not conducive to safety.

Lovely central location, delicious breakfast. Nice bar area.
Shower was terrible, just a dribble, no view, standard lamp was wobbly and unsafe.

Great location
Bathroom could have been cleaner. Mould around the bath seal. Very thin carpet on the floor.
