Very central location as close to ferry terminal.

The sign in the lift could have been a lot bigger for telling you to use swipe card to go up and down in lift.

I have travelled a lot and have stayed several times at this property, my last visit was well below par

No complimentary biscuits, No water, No toilet brush, Linen had several small stains, Bar staff didn’t know what a long vodka was, Someone came into our room an hour before check in using a key, the door was locked and they didn’t knock either, just walked straight in.

A good breakfast selection.

The outlook from window was nothing to look out too didn't like the room.

Clean room

The fire alarms going off at 05:00. So unexpected sleep broken. When the whole purpose was to get a good sleep also because had work early next morning to prevent me having to get up so early. So really disappointed and only a letter under door saying sorry. So would really like my money back due to this happening.

Incredibly good location right next to the railway station and within the shopping Centre Room was very comfortable Breakfast was quite good with a wide range of choices

Bedside lamps were inadequate and barely lit up anything. Also, generally the lighting in the room was quite dim and dark

The room was disgustingly dirty! Dark with on 1 x side light working! Floor was rotten and had to wear trainers to/from toilet! Both kids came out with rashes after nights sleep on bed. We’ve stayed in this hotel many of times, but it’s went down hill so much. Breakfast staff was rude! It was cold and eggs were rubber

We were told when booking that our room would be made up as it was our anniversary and it wasn’t and we were also told that we could have a late check out and it didn’t happen, Disappointing

Chose the hotel for its central location.

There was noise from something ie perhaps equipment from outside the hotel.

Rooms on front of hotel can be a bit noisy due to rush hour traffic but great sunsets!

We got an upgrade for our 5-night stay (thank you, much appreciated!) to a spacious room with corner windows and a handy table; heating system was good in a cold week; free newspapers in the lobby! Nice bar area too, and a very central location within the Union Square development (lots of restaurants even if mostly pizza and pasta)

Lighting in the room (302) was very poor for those of us who like to read at night; there could have been more power sockets; and the bathroom was oddly arranged with the WC right behind the inward-opening door. I would have liked a more flexible shower while my wife found the bed a little hard for her comfort.

Beds nice and comfy, warm rooms and good shower. Great location. So handy for shops, restaurants and car park. Would definitely stay again.

Although the breakfast was very good, I thought it was a bit pricey.
