Staff fantastic and location perfect Bed was comfy

Noise from above and other rooms awful. Very thin walls. Room very rundown and wallpaper coming off wall

Mattress on one.of the beds didnt fit properly and kept slipping about. Didnt realise until it was bedtime and it was too late to trouble staff but as ww were only staying for one night we managed xx

Undoubtedly the staff are the best part of the hotel. The guy behind the reception on arrival was one of the nicest receptionists I have come across and I have been to a lot of hotels. Nothing was too much trouble works the bar and helps cleaning etc. You need to keep hold of him. All the others ladies were lovely too including in the breakfast room. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and all the tables were pristine. Comfortable rooms with lovely clean linen. Thank you from the 3 ladies in 3 rooms - coffee and wine girls !!!

Bathrooms could do with a bit of updating..... they are lovely and clean but would benefit from a bit of money spending on them.

Tired rooms and bathroom. Needs updating. Could hear every noise including people just talking in joining room and above
