Bernice and Dave are so down to earth. Every time we stay there, it's like visiting family. We have our favourite themed room and Bernice always tries to make sure we get it. This time, it was so busy we got to try a different room and we were very comfortable. The shower is good with a decent sized cubicle.
There are free toiletries and slippers. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and lovely furniture. Breakfast is delicious. I noticed that almost every table in the room had special requests and every request was granted with no mistakes or stress, including my own. The hotel is immaculate, it's always clean and tidy.
Leaving at the end of our break.
